Yes, thats correct.


Add the nmbclusters setting to /boot/loader.conf (from previous email)
and you'll be fine.

It probably depends on what Polygraph features you want to use.  Polygraph
doesn't have any external dependencies (I think) so installing from source
is not much harder than installing from ports.
