Basically there are two ways to increase bandwidth:
* increase reply size (what you already did)
* increase request rate
Both increasing reply size and increasing request rate may be done in
several ways. E.g. you can increase size for all content types or only
for images. You may increase request rate of each Robot or you may
increase the total number of Robots. In PolyMix-4.pg you can set
TheBench.peak_req_rate field to a higher value to increase the number of
Robots.
Note that there is no "right" way to increase bandwidth, it depends on
your test and goals.
As for the "bwidth" PGL type, it is just a convenient type for size/time
fraction. AFAIK it is not currently used.
